John: Take a look. https://johnkamchihau.blogspot.com/2026/09/before-we-start-you-might-read-it-first.html?m=1. It mention about synchronize and set/preset between the "register" and the "Cache". See the Picture above. My mobile phone send a signal to the radio emmiter.
Me: This signal includes the carrier waves of old address and old Ip.
John: Within the radio emmiter, the data-field of " old address " of data-register and data-cache is synchronized. As a result, both the data-register and the data-cache check if the old address is equal to the new address. If it's equal, nothing is done. If it's not equal, all the input and output stop. Our mobile phone transfer data to the radio emmiter while the radio emmiter is at down cycle.
.
1) At a "Down" Cycle of the clock line of the radio emmiter, Our mobile phone send our old address to the radio emmiter.
2) At a Up Cycle of the clock line of the radio emmiter, Our mobile phone receives a new address from the radio emmiter.
3) At a Down Cycle of the clock line of the radio emmiter, Our mobile phone send the address which it just received from the radio emitter back to the radio emmiter.
.
Me: In another words, our mobile phone address can be corrected within 1 Up and down clock cycle of the radio emmiter.
.
John : Correct.
