John: Before we start,  you might read it first. https://johnkamchihau.blogspot.com/2026/06/john-take-look_01405771220.html?m=1 . It said,  MOV is Clock line dependent.  Synchronize and set/preset is Clock line independent.

Me: Ok.

John: Take a look at this article. https://johnkamchihau.blogspot.com/2026/08/sequential-binding.html?m=1  . It said,  our mobile phone send our old address to the radio emmiter.  The radio emmitter check if the old address is equal to the new address or not.

Me: Yes,.

John: See the Pictures above.  There's a data-register called 0101. There's a corresponding Cache called 0101.

Me: Ok.

John: See the 1st picture. The old address of my mobile phone is 0101. My mobile phone send my old address to the data-register. After checking,  nothing need be done cause old and new address is the same.

Me: Ok.

John: See the 2nd Picture.  My mobile phone dissappear from the address of 0101.

Me: Ok.

John: No other mobile phone appear in the address of 0101.

Me: In another words,  data-register receive a signal of ~~~~~~~~~~~~.

John: The signal of ~~~~~~~~~~~~ mean "Toggle". Because,  the data-register is synchronized with the Cache.

Me: The Cache of 0101 also "Toggle".

John: When it's Toggling, both the data-register and the Cache can't output or input.

Me: Ok.

John : Now, we see the 3rd picture.  My mobile phone dissappear in the address of 0101. Yet, another mobile phone is filled in in the address of 0101.

Me: However,  the new mobile phone carry the an address of 1010. If the new mobile phone send the this address to the data-register.  After checking, the old and new address is different.  Everything is wrong.

John: If everything is wrong, the data-register will stop all the  input and output.

Me: Ok.

John: The cache is synchronized with the data-register.

Me: Synchronized ?

John: Yes, the Cache will automatically receives an address-signal of 1010. After checking,  the old and new address is different.  Everything is wrong in the cache too. The cache of 0101 also stop all the input and output.
