John: See the 1st Picture above.  The difference between Cellular phone and Iphone is that,

1) Iphone send a signal to the radio emmiter.  That signal includes 2 carrier wave. And each Carrier includes a set of sub-carriers. Those sub-carrier waves represent bind(add,Ip) or bind(tel,Ip)

Me: Wait a minute,  a cellular phone doesn't need an IP.

John: Therefore,  a cellular phone only send a signal of 1 carrier wave to the radio emmiter.  The carrier wave includes sub-carrier waves.  Those sub-carrier waves represent bind (add, Tel).
