One day, Kelvin put his notebook on the desk top.  Kelvin press a button. And then,  the hospital records of one patient change from diabetes to mental disease. Kelvin said to Supervisor Leung,

Kelvin : Without touching a button of the hospital's computer,  I can change the hospital's records of the patients.  Is my hacking techniques high ?

Supervisor Leung: Yes,.

Kelvin : Tomorrow, in the canteen of the hospital,  in front of 50 staff of the hospital, you say in a funny manner, " Without touching a button of the hospital computer,  I can change the hospital records. ".

Kelvin : Please.  He is my spokesman. He didn't learn any hacking techniques.

Miuson look at the sky and take a deep sigh and say, 

Miuson : I let 7 millions people die from COVID.  Why? I warned Bradley, "Don't touch those students,  e.g., Supervisor Leung. They  are under my shelter. ".
